Nice!!!!,,we have the same problem here in mexico there is this river called jalacingo prety similar to the alceseca, and its prety close ass well, we've only run it ones and its the first and only decent it has, big corporatin wants to put it on a tube to make hidroelectic energy, its hard to fight against big corporations, all thought its not imposible.
Thanks a lot for faceing this porblem, we've do our best as well to keep earth alive...
