Spill Way to Heaven
Possible first d? Flash flooded out drainage line in Colorado Springs, south of Garden of the Gods Rd. The best part is at the end with the 7 foot pour over exiting the I-25 tunnel.
The surges of water are coming at least foot high in some places. I edited a lot out but kept the more exciting stuff in.
