To get in to Truchas you have to put in on the road and hike in to the jungle for some minutes, then get to a scary cliff where you set up a rappel, and rappel down into the canyon, ones you are there it’s all about having fun. 

Truchas is a perfect 60 ft waterfall, it has a nice boof into a pool and into the perfect drop, it has become a classic in the last years.  What’s not that popular is the upper rapid. We hit the right level, and  decided it to give it a go to Truchas Combo, that consists in: The upper rapid into a pool, straight into the boof and connect to the droop, STOUT.
