If you haven't been doing your offseason training, you have some catching up to do! The water is melting and nothing is worse than an early season injury because you weren't prepared. Here are a few quick things you can do to get ready asap!

Handstand push ups
Pull ups
Push ups
Overhead squats

In the past we have focused more on working the entire body which is super important but since the season's upon us, it's time to focus.

Here's a "fun" little work out you can do to pack it all in.

5 handstand push ups (self explanatory- just do a handstand against a wall and lower yourself until your head hits the ground then push yourself back up)
10 pull ups
15 push ups

Do this as many times as you can in 20 minutes. That should do it. :)

As far as diet, focus on eating nuts, seeds, some fruit, lots of veggies and A LOT of protein. Cut out sugars, refined carbs, gluten and dairy as much as possible. This will produce noticeable results.

Finally, if you're looking for a good incentive to get in shape, check out First Descents' TEAM FD. It's an awesome way to challenge yourself and raise money for a good cause. Contact rebekah@firstdescents.org if you have any questions.

STOKED!
