Mexico is one of the best places to be a creek boater, it has so many rivers, with so much potential, and most of them unexplored. The other good thing about this is that kayaking is a new sport here, so that leaves a lot of FD for us.
This time our FD takes place in Cuernavaca, which is just 30 minutes drive from the big city, this river is like a ghost river. The first time we got to this waterfall, there was not enough water to even consider running it.

Mexico’s Unknown Waters. We waited couple months till the rain was on our side. This time we had all our gear with us, but no cameras, the waterfall looked so marginable runable, only Francisco Lisci and I decided to run it. It was my time to go first, with tow good lines and no injuries it had been a good day.
Second attempt:
One year later we came back, this time with cameras. The waterfall had almost twice of the water than last time, what made the line even harder, again only Francisco and I decided to run it. This time Francisco went first, he boofed the waterfall, once he was at the bottom with no injuries, it was my time it run it. I entered to the waterfall with more speed than I needed, boofed, and right at the last part my boat made contact with the rocks what made my boat go completely oververt, I got ejected of the kayak, it was a big impact. Anyhow the day was considered again successfully.

Wait for more FD’s coming soon…
