Despite a lack of training for the Ohiopyle Falls Race, I had a decent performance. I would attribute that to speed, maneuverability, and general ease of use of the Green Boat. I hopped in my friend's Green Boat for the longboat race, and I immediately felt comfortable. The stability was great, and it took very little time for me to dial the boat in. Continue

I noticed a hint of color in a tree the other day and realized that Fall is already upon us. Another successful Jerry's Baddle past us! For those of you that don't know Jerry's Baddle is an event, in memory of Jerry Beckwith, combining a full run of the Green River Narrows and a 26 mile road bike ride (with a lot of elevation gain). Just back from the 19th annual Tobin race. Thanks to American Whitewater, this section of class IV has scheduled flows throughout the summer. Special thanks to Macy Burnam for putting it on and providing all the scandalous prizes.
