"To let you in on lil' secret, all the gopro shots were taken by me. I borrowed like 4 different Nomads on 4 different runs. And my elbow pads were MIA; so, I fashioned what I could at the put-in. Foam duck taped on your elbows doesn't work…"

I love to charge down remote, beautiful, and steep river canyons with my friends. When not kayaking, I love to garden, read, do yoga, and edit kayaking media. I have found Grass Valley, CA to be a perfect place for me to live my dream lifestyle. I still want to travel, but right not I'm pretty content with the burly rivers of the Sierra Nevada's. I'm also a vegan that eats lots of Quinoa!
