Hey, I have the exact same question only i am 5'11 approximately the same weight and I have the creek seat. Could you elaborate on how to trim the boat with that seat? Thanks

These are great questions. In regards to the trim question I would move the seat forward or almost all the way forward. If you look in front and back of the seat there should be two yellow wingnuts. Simply unscrew these and move the seat forward to…

Trimming and Fitting a Mamba 8.0

I'm new at this stuff and trying to get the right body position and fit in a Mamba 8.0. I'm 5'7" (29" inseam), 155 pounds. In flat water it seems the bow of my boat floats way higher than the stern. Where should I be and what gizmos should I move to get the right trim?What do you suggest about fit? Right now I'm comfortable, but sloshing around a bit when I roll, especially in a current. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.See More
