River Etiquette

When you're only sharing the river with a few of your long time kayaking friends, communication is smooth and natural and everyone has a great time. Then summer hits and you're sharing the river with hordes of other paddlers or you may be in a large group with guys and gals you don't know. You can definitely still have those good times; as long as no one gets hurt and everyone is on the same page with "proper river behavior".So it's always good to read a refresher about river etiquette!1.…See More
